DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your items within three working days subject to availability, from time of dispatch and not from the time your order is placed. Items will only be dispatched once payment has been approved.

Items will be dispatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery services for deliveries within the UK, Europe and USA.

{PLEASE EXPECT SHIPPING/CUSTOMS DELAYS DURING THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD}

The delivery charges are as follows:

UK: Special Delivery £6.00

EUROPE: International Signed For £9.00 (Four to seven day delivery)

WORLDWIDE: Airsure £14 (Four to seven day delivery)

RETURNS

For most RUST jewellery items you are entitled to a full refund for an item within seven days following the date on your receipt.

Online SALE purchases, and the 'OPAQUE DIAMOND' collection are NOT entitled to a refund or exchange so please contact us if you have any questions before making a purchase.

Please note RUST cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the EU.

When returning an item you must first contact RUST via email at artemis@rustmadeinengland.com You will need to provide us with your order number and reason for return. Once this information has been received we will email you a returns reference number.

You must then return the item to RUST within seven days in the condition it was sold therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging with the return reference number stated clearly on the external packaging. We will contact you once the item has been received. Then either a refund or a credit note will be issued.

Please inform us of any breakages within forty eight hours of receiving the order.

RETURNING AN ITEM:

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
